Please do following;

Stop TekRADIUS service and quit TekRADIUS Manager.

Replace existing .exe files under C:\Program Files (x86)\TekRADIUS LT with the ones in https://www.kaplansoft.com/tekradius/release/TekRADIUSLT-Update.zip

Run TekRADIUS Manager, Select Rebuild Counters from Service menu and then start TekRADIUS service.

It is necessary to have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 installed with the latest updates.
