TEKRADIUS not storing stop in MS SQL Messages in this topic - RSS

Hi,

I have actually setup TEKRADIUS 5.5.4 on a Windows 2016 server with MS SQL 17 for accounting only of a Ribbon SBC 2k. When running, I can see that all start messages are stored in the DB but no the stop. Checking the log I can see both messages for start and stop, nevertheless, only the start is written to the DB?

Can you please advise,

Hi,

Can you send TekRADIUS log entries (Accessible through file menu of TekRADIUS Manager) after setting Logging = Developer at Settings / Service Parameter?

Nope, I haven't changed anything. I just added the vendor dictionnary but I'm not using any attributes from it yet.

Please do following;

Stop TekRADIUS service and quit TekRADIUS Manager.
Replace existing .exe files under C:\Program Files (x86)\TekRADIUS with the ones in https://www.kaplansoft.com/tekradius/release/TekRADIUS-Update.zip
Run TekRADIUS Manager and start TekRADIUS service.

and try again.

You welcome. Sonus do not add User-Name attribute. I have fixed this by adding Sonus Calling-Number as User-Name when Sonus Calling-Number attribute is found.

Hi,

I'm getting a new issue as all I get now are stop messages and nothing is stored in the MS SQL 2017 DB as I'm getting this message : Debug Message (Radius Accounting [157.99.101.25:54175, 240]); ExecuteScalar: CommandText property has not been initialized [8]
Can you please help?

Have you made any changes in TekRADIUS Dictionary? Can you upgrade to the latest version?

Not that I recall. I just tried to uninstall version 5.5.4 to install the latest version and it crash. Every time I try to uninstall I get "Error 1001. Exception occured while initializing the installation: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files(x86)\TekRADIUS.exe' or one of it's dependencies. Operation is not supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)

Many thanks for that TekRADIUS is now 5.5.6.1. Unfortunately, I'm still only seeing stop messages in the debug file and a new debug message: Debug Message (Radius Accounting [157.99.101.25:57049, 121]); The conversion of the varchar value '4294967295' overflowed an int column.The statement has been terminated. [171]
