Hi,
The users get authentication and receive IP; however, in the Active Sessions tab, no record appears.

You may receive authentication requests but may not receive accounting requests. Do you entries starts with

You have SaveAcct=0 in [Server] section of the configuration file. Please remove it while TekRADIUS stopped and TekRADIUS Manager is not running. Run TekRADIUS Manager and start TekRADIUS service and try again.

Is it possible you to send log file entries for an accounting packet after setting logging = developer at settings / service parameters?

It must be now linked to the SQL logic error, no record pops up under Active sessions.

I think you have upgraded from an old version of TekRADIUS. I recommend you delete *.db3 files under TekRADIUS application directory. You need Ed to stop TekRADIUS service and quit TekRADIUS Manager prior to do this. You will need to re enter RADIUS client definitions and user / group profiles after doing this.

This is a new installation of version 5.5, bu I changed the exe files to the ones you sent this morning to solve the authentication issue over Mikrotik.
It works when I change the SaveAcct to 0 in settings in the configuration file, but does not account sessions. If I delete it or change from 0 to 1, it does not give IP to the devices connecting.

By the way, even in this situation it does not give anything under Active Sessions tab.

1. You have upgraded from an old version. Uninstall keeps old database file in the installation directory.
2. You have altered default mappings at TekRADIUS Manager / Settings / Accounting Table

Please stop TekRADIUS service, quit TekRADIUS Manager and delete C:\Program Files (x86)\TekRADIUS LT\TekRADIUSLT.db3 file. Run TekRADIUS Manager. TekRADIUS Manager will re-create SQLite database.

You will need to re-define RADIUS client entry for 10.128.128.241 and user / group profiles. This will fix your problem.

Should I replace the exe files again with the ones you sent in the update pack under the Mikrotik issues heading this morning?
