After trying to add a dictionary the manager does not open anymore. It displays the following message: "Item has already been added. Key contained on dictionary 'Service-Type'; key beeing add 'Service-Type'. Could someone help me?

Hi,

You can reset dictionary by deleting TekRADIUS.db file (not TekRADIUS.db3 file) under TekRADIUS application directory. You need to stop TekRADIUS service and quit TekRADIUS Manager prior to delete the file. Can you give some more details what would you like to accomplish?

I deleted the information from the file you mentioned and it worked, now I have another problem regarding passing the user privilege level to a DATACOM Switch, should I create another topic?
