Hi,

I am trying to connect to TekRadius Server LT but I am receiving back a message that reads "could not receive a response from the server".

I am trying to migrate our data from one TekRadius Server LT to another machine, and I have the same installation and configuration settings exactly the same on both machines, but still no response from the server.

Hi,

Please check;

1. TekRADIUS is running and listening expected port.
2. Client has a valid entry in TekRADIUS and it's enabled in clients tab.
3. Configured shared secrets match in TekRADIUS and the client.
4. There is not IP filter and firewall RADIUS communication between client and server.
