Hi,
You can easily remove TekRADIUS from Control Panel / Add Remove Programs. Can you give more details on your problem?

i have windows xp pro. i installed tekradius server on my computer. but it is not working. the connection to sql server fails. when i start tekradius, it tells me that sql login fail or user failto login to sql. i was told that i have to uninstall and install it again. so i went to control panel -----> add remove program -----> remove , then it tells me that error, specified file cannot be found. so i tried to install tekradius again, and it tells me that the program exists. so what to do now?
thank you very much

There may be a specific problem related with your local configuration. You can manually remove TekRADIUS. I strongly recommend you to take a backup of your Registry settings before following directions:
1. Stop TekRADIUS service 2. Run Regedit.exe and locate TekRADIUS's entry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{8DCD54D4-CCEE-4CC9-B9FD-65AC9B0B69DD} for example, it depends TekRADIUS version) Delete after locating it. 3. Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TekRADIUS key 4. Remove C:\Program Files\TekRADIUS directory. 5. Restart your computer and try to reinstall TekRADIUS.
