If I have my router configured for MAC authentication and a uampasswd, I discovered that if i have a user id setup in TekRadius to the mac of a computer, tekradius authenticates successfully without having a password attribute. Is this by design or a bug? Its not a problem for me, but I dont want to depend on it being that way and then have a future update break my application.

Hi,
If you do not add User-Password attribute as a check item in user profile user will be authenticated without password
check.
