Dear Kaplan, I have installing and configure TekRADIUS 4.3 with SQL server 2005 on windows xp professional sp3 by document. Database and RADIUS server is the same server as testing purpose I has been configure one group by adding one user for authentication and accounting purpose and also I using EAP-MD5 authention method but unfortunately I unable to connect my cisco device with RADIUS server. If you guide me how I configure this server I am very thankful to you.

Hi,
Can you send TekRADIUS log entries (Accessible through File menu) after setting log level to debug at Settings / Service Parameters?

Hi,
As far as I see there is not any incoming request in TekRADIUS log. Please check if a firewall or IP filter block incoming RADIUS packets to TekRADIUS server.
