This is my first experiance with TekRADIUS.
I am using version 4.1 SQLite on a Windows 2008R2 64 bit server. I have .net 4 and .net 2 installed on the server. This is a new install with no TekRADIUS users defined. The server is dedicated to the TekRADIUS install.
I am issuing the command 'trclilt -u test test1 default' and I get 'Unable to open the database file'. I am able to add users via the GUI.
I was able to issue a 'TRCLILT -s query' and it retured 'TekRADIUS LT service is Running'.
Do I need to look into 32bit versions of .net? What should I be looking at on my server?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Have you tried new version 4.2?

Yes. Shortly after I posted this message I downloaded and installed 4.2. Same issue.

Is TekRADIUS Manager running when you get this message? If so exit TekRADIUS Manager. If you still get this error also re-start TekRADIUS service.

with the manager program open or not, I get the same error. I just rebooted and ran it again. The issue persists. Is there a logging level I can enable and logs I can provide?

I think some other program accesses SQLite database and exclusively locks it (A local archiver or an anti-virus maybe?). Please check it with http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/opened_files_view.html
