I've run into an issue where i've got several users with really long passwords (18+ characters), and radius authentication is failing. AD is fine, and happy and the user can user their account inside the network. However, when attempting access (VPN) the password fails.
Testing shows that as long as the password is 16 characters or less, everything is fine.
So just asking is this a limit of the TekRadius software? (I've got a call into my VPN vendor as well but figured i'd start here first).

Passwords are limited in 16 characters in TekRADIUS.
