Have you made any changes in TekRADIUS database manually? Is it possible you to send me a Wireshark trace form TekRADIUS server?

Which version of TekRADIUS do you use? Can you try latest version, if it's not the latest version?

But the version of MSSQL is 2008 R2 EXPRESS.
