Hi, I've noticed that active sessions don't show in the UI.
I've succesfully connected with a laptop that has been authenticated by TekRadius but when I click on the Active Connections tab, I can see an empy grid.
Thank you fabio vitale

Hi,
Please check if your access server sends RADIUS Accounting messages to TekRADIUS.
Best regards,

Hi,
Accounting is enabled on Tekradius but my wifi router has no accounting setting. Does this mean I can't use accounting feature. I'm using a Tp-link WR641G router. As well as planet ADW-4401.
Regards Chris

Hi,
Although most of AP devices on the market supports RADIUS Authentication planty of them supports RADIUS accounting. You can not use accounting if your AP does not support RADIUS Accounting.

Thanks
Guess I should get better AP. Sometimes authentication fail. Using already authenticated user account or new account espacially with Xp sp3. Is this because of accounting not supported by AP or something else
