Hi.
I use version 3.0.
In Groups I added credit-unit, check, Seconds.
In users I added User-credit, check, 1000.
I suppose 1000 are seconds.
When a user is connected:
- the first stop (at 60 seconds) update User-credit=1000-60=940
- the second stop (at 120 seconds) update User-credit=940-120=820 !!!! is wrong!!!
- the third stop (at 180 seconds) update User-credit=820-180=640 !!!! is wrong!!!
and so on...
Have I make a wrong configuration or this is normal ?
If it is a bug, could it be fixed in the new 3.1 ?

Can you disable sending Accounting Checkpoint messages ob the access server?

You can try enabling Accounting Checkpoint messages on the access server with version 3.1

Hi.
I installed version 3.1
I enabled accounting checkpoints.
TR receive messages each minute, Active Sessions display the rigth session
but the user-credit is decreased each time by the total Acct-Session-Time received.
I missed something ?
The 41th checkpoint message (after 41 minutes) is the following:

I installed the last 3.1
The installer does not accept to update the old 3.1.
I unistalled old 3.1 then resintalled new 3.1.
I manually transferred values from tekradius.ini.
All is ok but the clients: I must reenter manually (where are sotred ?)
Now I try to use checkpoints message the I report to this forum.

With the last version and checkpoints messages activated, it seems to work well.
